The Taco Bar (aka Party Fuel)
Starting at $9.75 per person | Minimum: 15 guests
This isn’t your basic taco buffet. It’s a build-your-own flavor adventure that can go from mild to wild, depending on your crowd. Perfect for receptions, rehearsal dinners, office lunches, birthdays, or surprise “hey we love tacos” events.
What’s Included:
3 tacos per guest with soft flour shells (included)
Shell upgrades:
- Crunchy shell (+$0.75/guest)
- Soft corn shell (+$0.50/guest)
Both are gluten-free & vegan-friendly.
Pick 2 proteins: Chicken, pork, beef, black beans, or upgrade to tri-tip (+$1/guest)
Choose 4 toppings: Fresh pico, cheese, jalapeños, taco rice, cilantro, etc.
Choose 2 sauces: Lime crema, mango habanero, taco sauce, spicy verde—you get the idea
Includes napkins, paper trays, and all the utensils needed to build tacos like a champ.
Add-ons:
Chips & queso? Guac? Cheesy corn? Beans and rice? You name it—we’ve got it. Add as much (or as little) as your crew can handle.

Our taco bars are customizable for vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, and other food needs. Just let us know in advance—we’ll help you build a menu that works for everyone without sacrificing flavor.

We’ll bring the fiesta to you:
- Pickup from our downtown Springfield location
- Local delivery (we drop it off, you dig in)
